Burnout

Burnout is very common especially to students. It is the consequences of physical, emotional,

and mental stress that has not been managed for a long time. It mostly happens to student

when they are overwhelmed, drained, and exhausted with academic tasks for a long period of

time, a goal that was unable to meet because of the demands of submission of academic tasks,

and pressure from the family, they tend to experience this issue. A lot of students cannot

manage their state when they are currently experiencing burnout, and to address this identified

problem that interventions to this are the following:

Burnout is very common especially to students. It is the consequences of physical,

Ⅲ. Burnout

Burnout is very common especially to students. It is the consequences of

physical, emotional, and mental stress that has not been managed for a

long time. It mostly happens to student when they are exhausted with

academic tasks for a long period of time, unable to meet the demands of

submission of academic tasks, and pressure from the family, and they

tend to experience this issue.

The intervention to this identified problem is the following:

a.) Set a schedule.

Setting a schedule is a routine that will help students

accomplish their academic because they will be completely

aware of what are they going to do on this day or what task they

will be submitting. Additionally, it will help students to eliminates

uncertatinties and builds healhty habits of time management

and save energy better.

b.) Set a goal to achieve everyday.

Setting a goal to achieve everyday will help students to achieve

their long-term goal and this will help them have motivation to

do or finish the task they have. It will help students to move

forward while also having a mini achievement to themselves.


Ⅱ. Lack Of Sleep

Lack of sleep is an academic work stress problem that mostly students

experience when they are dealing with their academic tasks, and not only

students experience this one, but it also experiences by the Teachers. It

mostly happens to students when they have a lot of tasks to do,

specifically it the due date submission is on the same day.

The intervention to this identified problem is the following

a.) Let music and themselves be an interchange listener.

Sleeping is one of the problem of students, specifically when

they have academic task to finish, due to lack of sleep they are

unable to think ideas properly and letting themselves and music

an interchange listener this will help them have a quality of

sleep.

b.) Create and follow a sleeping routine.

Creating and following a sleeping routine will help the students

to overcome their lack of sleep. It will also help their body to

remind them when to sleep and this routine will eventually

become a routine.

Ⅱ. Lack Of Concentration

Lack of concentration is an academic work stress problem that mostly

student experience, specifically when their academic work is next in the

line. It mostly have sigs of difficulty remembering the lessons that


happened ealier ago, lack of motivation and energy, inability to finish task

early, and restelness.

The intervention to this identified problem is the following:

a.) Take a short break.

Students tend to have a lack of focus due to the academic tasks

in different subjects because their attention and focus is to when

they will be finishing this task and start on the other one. Taking

a short break will hep them organize their thoughts in one and

will improve their focus, resulting to think and gather their

thoughts on the task they are working on.

b.) Listen to Meditaiation Music

Listening to music is one of the tools to improve focus,

specifically Meditiation Music because this has a calm effect to

body and brain resulting to organize the ideas, thoughts, and

worries that student have. It will also remind the student to take

it easy and everything academic task they have will be finish

and submits it on right time.
