CONDUCT MONITORING OF OPENING OF CLASSES, SY 2023-2024

1. The School Year 2023-2024 shall formally open on Tuesday, August 29, 2023. In
relation to this, all school officials and teachers are directed to report to their station to
ensure the smooth opening and holding of classes.

2. The following personnel are tasked to conduct monitoring of schools starting


August 22-25, 2023 (checking the readiness of schools for the opening of classes), August
29-31, 2023 (providing technical assistance of school heads and teachers on the conduct
of activities during the first week of classes) and September 4-8, 2023 (monitoring of
school enrollment and teachers’ attendance).

3. The EPS/SEPS/EPS II Monitors are directed to attend an orientation on August 18,


2023, 9:00 a.m. at the Division Auditorium. Further, they are required to submit report
every end of the monitoring week to the Chief of the Curriculum Implementation Division.

4. Immediate and wide dissemination of and compliance with this Memorandum is


desired.
