Summary
In the film's beginning, two middle-aged men go to a client meeting to sell Chrono shock a
watch brand as manufacturing reps. However, they find the company closed, and when they later
approach their boss Sammy, he tells them that watches are obsolete because things are
computerized now and one click can see time and orders for this Nick and Billy as salesmen are
absolute as well . As the plot progresses, Billy discovers google has a novel idea that working
well as interns would help them develop marketable skills and possibly pursue jobs, and later
accepted by google despite Nick and Billy's age because of their out-of-the-box thinking. Later
plot, the two arrive at Google with 98 other genius kid interns and instructed to form a team of
five ,as well team win most challenges is will become full-time employees at end of summer's .
As a result, the two were left behind due to age and mixed with other leftovers, including Asian
"Mama's boy" Yoyo Santos. Stuart is an introvert, Neha is playful, and their manager, Google
employee Lynne, is awkward guy . Mr. Chetty's first challenge was to find an audio program
bug, but Billy and Nick didn't know and interrupted the team. After failing to debug it, the next
challenge is a sporting event that seems rigged, but they work together but end fail . Later in the
plot, new challenges arise in making a new app while discussing life, ideas, and herself. Until
Billy and Nick said they wanted to hit bottom for this, the six went out at night to restaurants,
strip clubs, and the Golden Gate Bridge in California to watch the sunset discussion in random
staff until have novel idea a drunk test quiz app . For this they won the most installs challenge
against the other team apps. Coming for this we see have the team be able to manage conflict
and team up together despite having different cultural background that create a unpredictable
innovation .The movie plot move as the team wins a few Google challenges because of
cooperation and leadership of two .While scene show that Nick is a fast learner and Billy
struggles with codes, Google Zone, technology, etc. And move to the scene same time Sammy,
their former boss, then offered to help me sell motorized scooters, but the two declined to the job
.

Until the movie moves to announcement of first one in two remaining challenges is Google
Helpline. Billy struggles to learn google functions and works with her stranger friend Mr.
Anderson the night before the challenges. Because of their salesmanship, Nicky and billy as well
by studying seem doing well . After the challenges, Mr. Chetty the head of intern program
asked Billy to log out the file, but she had not logged into her account earlier as instructed, so
their team scored zero in challenges as per the rule. For this Billy left as realize he become
hindrance to the team and accept Mr. Sammy's offer .Until the last challenges announced the
next challenge would be sales challenges finding a business not advertised by Google and gain
sales . Billy and Nicky's backgrounds give their team confidence, but Nick reveals Billy's lefts.
In the next plot, Nick manages to get Billy back while Nala, Yo, Lyle, and Stuart fail fail to
convince the shop owner of a pizza until Billy tries with the help of skill make realize there are
many people in different locations wanted their Pizza specific sauce based on google but can eat
the Papa salt pizza as now having branch as the movie continue the other team member provide
information about the objection of owner ,place ,Promotion ,Supply and etc . That movie's last
plot shows that the pizza owner agree and for Mr. .Chetty announce they are the winner as this
show endless possibilities of franchise drives sales. .And said the winner will become a full-
time employee on team Lynne, where Billy and Nick work as well Stuart ,Yo ,Nela .

Identify marketing strategies.

Nick and Billy personally selling the film on Mr. Charles by offering their company watch as
a marketing strategy. Later discover boss close is irrelevant now because people can order online
and see cell phone salesmen like Billy and Nick is diminished . As generation change is highly
involved, lucky they have novel idea work on Google as a interns adapt to this part of
marketing on first thing did not work well . Some challenges initially failed because they lacked
knowledge and teamwork from the genius kid . But Billy and Nicky overcome or adapt well by
studying and working together and fit in googled culture . Specifically they have hard time
learning knowledge about coding ,technology and to adapt their out of the box thinking as well
to the people of their team have different background . That in end they be able to overcome as
there be able influence their team and use their personal selling skill on the google helplines and
sales challenges by adapting and learning .
As well in this we see relationship objection marketing strategy, on how character adapts to
marketing in plot in pizza owner to have franchise to generate sales and use google
advertising .But Owner said we did the same way yellow pages, flyers, News and we are
gaining sales enough to make think work .But Billy said we can all creatures of habit, but what
scary is change ,while nick respond you are now constrain to you limitation we just wanted kick
you and provide endless possibilities . As Billy said Papa john a competitor makes dough
everywhere, but Papa Sal has better sauce why while , the owner smile and said you just like
my son wanted to open a franchise in Sal loss Gatos ,While the son respond the bigger chain
respond the big chains are killing us we barely stay afloat father respond because I disagree to a
franchisee because you lose quality people trust, you knew my secret I to go to farmer market
myself every day I buy tomatoes and basil oregano. And I know this people here in my shop on
Palo Alto, U.S. I wanted to provide them the best .But Billy said we didn't say abandon the
neighborhood but make it bigger while showing. Her team member showed internet positive
responses to Papas Pizza and statistics showing that many people from Los Gatos search for
Papa salt sauce in Palo Alto. Next they provide a place good commercial spot for new franchise
as ,well reveal the location plan I just 3km away from nearest farmer's market. While billy said
we not blaming you just like you we afraid ,just look those information but this will broad
endless possibilities then owner agree .This show how marketing strategies used in Film the
communication and how the marketing is define the three marketing mix the
place ,Promotion ,Product ,promotion and supply .And the challenge did they face and how
they overcome it .
Reflect on Cultural Difference

For me, the film's characters' cultural differences for me representing is the character Billy and
nick perspective is middle age man have different cultural background see thing different on
creativity way as a person have experience in sales man .Same way the other rest of team Yo
santos is Asian and Neha ,Stuart ,Lynne see thing different all about
internet ,pattern ,technology ,social media and etc .For this we may consider this character
imagining symbolizing cultural different represent a countries ,so how they can impact a
marketing strategy being implement on them basically .They will affect as the marketing
strategies needed to approach those different nations or character in way that they will
understand and will cooperate .Because they will face issue that result unfaialr reaction shown
when Billy and nick can understand the Muple code used by lyne in a seen on quill filed they
did not understand them so their behavior is different as for them Lyne just saying non -sense
show cultural norms and values might affect a behavior .Same when related to techno and same
way when Billy and nick said Radom staff the four did not understand .This show a challenges
that marketer made me realize when marketer trying to market product and service is being
marketed internationally the potential is to make you people internationally understand your
product or service value .In contrary meaning the challenges is in side of a marketer is if doing
international learn that that different country culture and adapt it to your product or service
maybe add some to your product from that country and create an endless possibility. Just like
how the six character even having different cultural background specific Nick and Billy create
endless innovation by learning on each other for the other four the four teamwork and Nick as
well Billy learning from them as well related to technology .
Apply concept to real life.
I can apply the lesson in movie on myself as well to may chosen carrer . Such my learning is It's
never too late to change course, adapt, and trust yourself. As well how teamwork significant and
not be constraint by your habit but instead explore In this movie shown Nick and Billy
company close because new technology has made salespeople obsolete mean they unemployed .
For this take risk taking an internship at Google to get a job, and as well gain marketing
expertise and possibilities of full-time worker to adapt their less important skills. This movie
taught me that if something doesn't work out, I didn't fail—I just needed to change gear. This
idea could be useful in international marketing, my future career. I'll use this idea like Nick and
Billy did, despite my skill deficit for sure in facing this new field I just need to adapt . As well
the movie said we must believe to overcome a challenge. We may fail, but we must keep going
because everyone has unique traits that determine their goodness. Know when your skills will
help and when they won't.
This film also demonstrates the value of self-assurance, learning from others, and
collaboration. And the knowledge I gain about how the characters in this film adapt, work as a
team, and support one another will help me in my chosen field of international marketing. But if
there's anything I wanted to put into practice for myself, it was the last scene in which Billy or
Nick said to the pizza owner, "We're victims of our habits. We say we're okay, but we're just
afraid on changes." The owner responded, "We're satisfied with what we have.," but Billy and
Nick said, "You're contracting your limitation. We didn't ask you to abandon what you have in
your neighborhood; we just asked you to expand your neighborhood to give you This scene has
made me realize that in order to succeed as a person, we must take some risks and continue to
broaden our knowledge as time goes on. This is especially true when it comes to international
marketing, where success in this field depends on having a thorough understanding of various
cultures to pursue endless possibilities

Conclusion
The internship movies essentially has many main point ,and discusses many learning from
leadership styles as well important to, conflict management and collaboration. In addition,
creating an environment where people from different backgrounds can collaborate and produce
excellent innovations just like good dust . Is something I find to be particularly helpful in
international marketing because we need a group of people with diverse backgrounds to match
the diverse nature of international marketing to their innovations. And I discovered in the movie
that, particularly in the concluding scene involving the owner of a pizza parlor, there are
countless opportunities for expansion. However, the owner insisted that she did not want to
franchise because doing so would compromise the quality of her product. Billy, however,
pointed out that, in terms of global marketing, he did not advise abandoning your current level of
customer satisfaction or quality, only that you broaden your horizons. That genuinely surprised
me because they were able to persuade the owner despite other team members as team they
belong on different cultural ,background they create something that show they strengths and
synergy by learning in each other not fear change instead learn with each other .That I wanted to
put into practice for myself to adjust or adapt collaborate because, as they said, people are bound
by their habits, but it's okay to break them occasionally to learn.
Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised by the characters' demonstrated leadership abilities in
this film. The two elderly men who are arguing in the movie have different backgrounds and are
unable to reach a compromise to other team member . They are able to work together because of
how Billy and Nick change into leaders, creating leadership vibes. I was also impressed by the
movie's portrayal of different leadership philosophies, such as listening to coworkers,
communicating with teams,Bounding and encouraging them to put forth their best effort in
achieving goals. Additionally, I observed how conflict management important to worked, which
centered on being tougher, team dynamics, potential issues, and managing conflict. I observed
how they dealt with conflict throughout the film, learned how important teamwork is to success,
and learned the steps necessary to put a team in place. As wel I observe while watching movies
that demonstrate how to deal with problems that are exposed and difficult to solve as well as how
to be creative by thinking outside the box as demonstrated in apps for drunk driving tests. That
thing related in Learship style ,Teamwork ,Collaboration ,conflict management and innovation
from listening to peer spur innovation is thing I wanted that experine in this movie I wanted to
take away implement in my self .
