Note: Reimbursement is subject to the terms and conditions stated below:

● Originating location should be based on either the address mentioned on the Aadhar
card/ details in the registration form or the city of attending the talent scouting
camp. No other originating destination will be allowed for reimbursement.

● The bank account mentioned should be in the name of the student/ guardian.

● The ticket may be in the name of the student. Kindly note that travel reimbursement will
only be provided for the student and not the parent/ guardian.

● Students who have not attended both the days of Round 2 Delhi heats (1st and 2nd
July 2023) will not be eligible for reimbursement.

● The maximum entitlement for claiming the reimbursement amount will be the Indian
Railway Tier-2 (Non-AC) fare or bus fare, whichever is lower.

Declaration by Parent/ Guardian

I hereby request reimbursement for the above-mentioned railway tickets, acknowledging and
agreeing to the terms and conditions mentioned above. I understand that submission of this
form does not guarantee reimbursement, and it will be subject to verification and approval.

By signing below, I confirm that the information provided is accurate, and I authorize the
reimbursement amount to be credited to the provided bank account.
