Booking Policy

Booking Policy
Check-in Time: from 1500hrs onwards
Check-out time: by 1200hrs
Early arrival will be subject to availability. Late departure will be levied a half day
charge and is strictly based on room availability.

Cancellation:
Non-guaranteed reservation will be released by 6pm of scheduled arrival.
For guaranteed reservations, one-night room charge will be imposed in the event of
CANCELLATION is made 24 hours or lesser prior to the scheduled arrival date.

No-Show Policy :
Failure to arrive at the hotel will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the full
period charge.

Refund Policy:
Guests are required to contact the respective hotels in case a refund is
permissible. If a penalty charge is incurred, based on the cancellation policy 48
hours prior to the day of arrival, this will be deducted from the amount refunded.
Please note that the refund will take 20 working days to process.

Special Requests:
Special Requests will be attended to upon availability.
