Beam Master

The BeamMaster is a high-temperature dyeing system from Benninger that can process fabrics up to 1000kg with widths of 1600mm or 5000mm. It is made of stainless steel with a maximum dyeing temperature of 140°C. In addition to dyeing knit and woven fabrics, it can also wash out polyvinyl alcohol from nonwovens and embroideries. The system features a rigid cart assembly, air cushion expansion and dosing, as well as a WindMaster beam winding and unwinding unit.
