A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE THREE (3) YEAR COMPREHENSIVE BARANGAY


YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PLAN (2023-2025) OF SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF
BARANGAY STO. ROSARIO, BACUAG, SURIGAO DEL NORTE

WHEREAS, Section 8 of Republic Act No. 10742, also known as the "Sangguniang Kabataan
Reform Act of 2015," and its implementing rules and regulations require the SK, in consultation
with and with the concurrence of the Katipunan ng Kabataan, to develop a three (3)year rolling
plan known as the Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan (CBYDP).

WHEREAS, The Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan (CBYDP) must be


consistent with the city's Philippine Youth Development Plan (PYDP) and Local Youth
Development Plan (LYDP).

WHEREAS, The CBYDP shall prioritize programs, projects, and activities that promote and
ensure equitable access to quality education, environmental protection, climate change
adaptation, disaster risk reduction and resiliency, youth employment and livelihood, health,
including health services and adolescent sexual and reproductive health, anti-drug abuse,
gender sensitivity, sports development, and capability building that focuses on leadership
training.
 
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Barangay Youth Development Plan (CBYDP) shall serve as the
legal basis for the preparation of Annual Barangay Youth Investment Plan (ABYIP).

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of SK Kagawad Mary Grace Florentino and duly seconded by SK
Kagawad Genesis Monteza be it RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved by Sangguniang Kabataan
of Barangay Sto. Rosario in session duly assembled, to approve Resolution 01, series of 2019
entitled “A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE THREE (3) YEAR COMPREHENSIVE BARANGAY
YOUTH DEVELOPMENT PLAN (2023-2025) OF SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY STO.
ROSARIO, BACUAG, SURIGAO DEL NORTE AS INCORPORATED IN THE 2019 ANNUAL
BUDGET”.
 
RESOLVED FURTHER to furnish copies to the Barangay Council of Barangay Sto. Rosario,
COA, City Budget Office, DILG Taguig Field Office, LYDO and other offices concerned for
information.

APPROVED 13th day of February 2023 at Barangay Sto. Rosario, Bacuag, Surigao del Norte,
Philippines
