The RED CROSS YOUTH - OUR LADY OF FATIMA UNIVERSITY – LAGUNA


COUNCIL are would like to conduct a Leadership Development Program with 500 expected
number of participants. This will be held on the July 15, 2023 at the OLFU LAGUNA. It is a
(1) one day leadership program that aim to:
1. Build up and inculcate the moral values of volunteerism to every students;
2. Develop the leadership skills and ability of every students; and
3. Strengthen the camaraderie and solidarity among every students of this University through
team building.

In relation to this, as a youth volunteer of the Philippine Red Cross - Laguna Chapter, I am humbly
requesting for your kind office to help us organize our 1 Leadership Development Program in our

school.

        Warmest greetings from the Office of Red Cross Youth - Our Lady Of Fatima University – Laguna
Council.

I am pleased to inform you Sir that the Red Cross Youth - Our Lady of Fatima University – Laguna
Council is given a recognition by the office of the Student's Affairs Services and comply the accreditation
form required by the Philippines Red Cross Laguna Chapter. 

In line with this the Red Cross Youth - Our Lady of Fatima University – Laguna Council would like to
request four (4) Volunteer Instructors for our First Aid Training and Basic Life Support participated by
the Our Lady of Fatima University Laguna NSTP Students. This will be held on the 17th day of July 2023
at OLFU LAGUNA. The said activity is not an overnight activity that will start at 8 o'clock in the
morning until 12 o'clock in the afternoon.

The objective of this program is to have the knowledge and skills necessary to respond to
breathing and cardiac emergencies.

Attached beneath the resolution of the said proposal.
