Course Syllabus for Constitutional Law I

Atty. Shielamie C. Anadon

I. Course Description
A survey and evaluation of basic principles dealing with the structure
of the Philippine Government.
II. Course Objectives
At the end of the course, the students should be able to master the
constitutional provisions on:
a. National Territory;
b. Declaration of State Principles and Policies;
c. Functions of the Legislative, Executive and Judicial Departments,
and
d. Principles of Checks and Balances.
