Program Title: FUND-RAISING ACTIVITY FOR TEACHER’S DAY CELEBRATION 2022


Participants: All students and Faculty
School: JUAN L. FILIPINO MEMORIAL HIGH SCHOOL
Program Description This activity will be conducted to emphasize teacher’s appreciation on their
special day. It will also be done with a simple program by giving stuffs to every teacher
and of course the students will participate by giving intermission numbers, Tigsik and
other talented skills they have.
Mode of Delivery/
The project will be conducted on Wednesday, (October 5, 2022) together with

the students and faculty of Juan L. Filipino Memorial High School.
Level of Management
Values Respect, Love, talents and skills.
Competencies Students will acquire skills and talents since it is a school activity with competition and
of course the teacher’s day celebration will enable them to give appreciation for their
teachers who really work hard to teach them.
Beneficiaries Students and Faculty
Budgetary School Supplies (Bond papers etc.), School equipment (Laptops, printers and
Requirements/Service projectors) Certificates.
Source of Fund IGP and Solicitation
Outputs Project proposal for their target projects.
Organizational Outcome Prepare students to be responsible in their tasks and become more productive in doing
school activities.
Development Impact Enhance student’s respect and love for their teachers.
Enhance their talents and skills.
Activities Pre -Implementation – Orient the students about the activities and give some
information regarding the activities.
Implementation – conduct of the Teacher’s Day Celebration (please see attached
activity matrix) Appendix A.
Post- Implementation – Submission of Terminal Report.
Success Indicators Develop students’ skills and knowledge.
Develop students’ appreciation for the teachers.
Enhance students’ respects and love for their teachers.
