TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

This is to certify that the undersigned had personal knowledge regarding the
proposed cutting of unwanted and fast growing trees within the Leon Garcia Sr National
High School premises to make way for the Gulayan sa Paaralan Program (GPP) of the
school.

Hence, the barangay INTERPOSES NO OBJECTION of the said cutting of trees at


Leon Garcia Sr National High School.

This certification is being issued to the bearer for any legal purpose this may serve.
