FCPS-I exam ination is conducted four tim es in a year however, a candidateis

allowed to appear only in three exam ination in one year.
The Com puter based exam ination m aybe conducted for 2-3 days depending
uponthe num ber of candidates.
Eligible Candidate can also download Admit Card by login to e - Portal account.
Result will be displayed on e - Portal of each candidate.

2. SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION FOR FRESH & REPEATERS

4. R E F U N D OF F E E
　

Fee shall not be refunded nor carried over to the next examination under any circumstances, after the closing
　

of last date for Withdrawal of applications. 75% of the fee (excluding late fee) may be returned under the following
　

circumstances.
● Application for withdrawal from the examination if received on or before the specified dat e.
● Rejection of the application by CPSP on account of ineligi bility.
Application for refund must be fill and submit on your e - Portal Account.

7. ELIGILIBILITY
1) M.B.B.S. (B.D.S. only for FCPS-I in Dentistry) or equivalent qualification registered with Pakistan Medical
& Dental Council.
2) One year House Job in an institution recognised by PMDC /PMC. House Job must have been completed
one month before the date of examination.
3) Valid PMDC/PMC Registration Certificate or renewal receipt plus provisional PMDC/PMC
Registration certificate.

8. SUBMISSION OF A P P L I C A T I ON FORM

9. VE NUE OF EXAMINATION
THEOR Y : Computer Based examination is conducted at CPSP Karachi & Regional Centre Lahore,
Islamabad, Abbottabad, Multan, Hyderabad, Larkana, Quetta & Peshawar,Bahawalpur, Faisalabad.
The choice of the city should be clearly written in the appropriate box in the application form.
The CPSP reserves the right to delete a particular centre, or shift the candidates from one Centre to another
on account of logistic reasons.

10. REFUND & OTHER CHANGES

● Application for refund, Change of Subject, Change of Center must be fill and submit on your e - Portal Account.

NOTE: Hard copy/email for Refund(Withdrawal), Change of Subject, Change of center will not be acceptable.
