I am working as the Department Head of Examination at BJB Autonomous College, Bhubaneswar. I know Asif during the period of 3years i.e
2017-2020 in which he completed his bachelor's degree (B'com).

achievements within the workplace.

Comparing him with the the rest 250 students of his batch he proved to be an excellent student in both the academic and extracurricular activities.He
has portrayed great enthusiasm in college competitions, he won the title of Mr. Freshers, as his first impression in the college which showed his
presentation and communication skills, along with that he garners immense interest in sports. His leadership skills outcasted him in the political stage
as the ‘Commerce head’ and worked rigorously to implement changes that have aided not only fellow students but also the college in general.

3. Academic potential–quality of analytical skills; ability to think critically, ability to apply skills and knowledge, judgment, originality, initiative,
determination and ability to complete work projects within an appropriate period of time; and any research contributions.

He performed consistently in all the semesters ,from all the subjects in his curriculum he particularly exhibited keen interest in learning more about
Accounting and Finance. He steadily exceeded in all areas of his coursework and always sought to have a clear understanding of the fundamentals.
Along with this, he worked on a project titled 'Goods & Services Tax' which detailed the functioning of taxes and revenue systems. This project
demonstrated his ability to understand and analyze the concepts clearly. He dedicated his entire attention to his academics and strived to
improve wherever necessary. In the learning process, he would often take up challenging problems and try to find efficient and feasible solutions. His
punctuality and obedience are two of the excellent attributes that made him an ideal student. Through these developments, he has gained immense
knowledge and understanding that will help him to excel in his career.

He got acer ability in both the verbal communition i.e speaking and writting. As mentioned above he has always outstanted himself in presentation
and communication skills though various activites and competitions. Even as a sports person he has a great ability to lead and work in a team towards
the path of the achievement. He is good in all the platform of presenting his skills.
