1) Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Prices prevailing at the time of delivery will be applicable. * Optional Charges
2) Prices, statutory levies and schemes prevailing at the time of invoicing by the dealer will apply irrespective of when the order is placed or agreed otherwise.
3) All Payments to be made by Cheque /DD/RTGS in favour of "KONDUSKAR AUTO CENTRE PVT LTD" .Payable at Kolhapur
4) Pan card copy , Address proof, Aadhar linked contact number is mandatory at the time of booking of vehicle.
5) GST is applicable on advances received against sale of goods (Vehicle /Accessories/Spares-parts)
6) Accessories as per customer selection
7) Ex-showroom Cost, Accessories, Autocard, Number Plate & Discount is inclusive of GST.
8) Vehicle will be registered and delivered only after receipt of full payment (including accessories).
9) Vehicle once Invoiced is not subjected to cancellation.
10) Do not deposit cash into the bank. As per law any cash deposited into the bank exceeding Rs.1,50,000/- will be forefited with intimation to tax department and no credit will be allowed to customer's account.
11) Cash will be accepted only at the showroom cash counter against a proper computerised receipt. Our Company will not be responsible for any cash handed over to any of our person inside or outside the showroom.
12) 1% TCS is applicable on any vehicle sales transaction exceeding INR 10 Lakhs (Rupees Ten Lakhs only). If 2 Year ITR is not provided then 5% will be applicable
13) At the time of delivery, You are advised to preserve all receipts issued and the same will be required in original. Do carry identification proof in original.
14) Insurance Add On Inclusive of Zero Dep ,Consumable,Engine & Gear box protection,Tyre Protect,Loss of .RTI would be with additional cost
15) Extended Waranty is 3+ 2 yrs for Unlimited Kilometer .( 3+1 yrs for 1 lac / 3 + 1 yrs for unlimited / 3+2 yrs for 1.2 lac Km option also available.)
16) In case of cancellation TCS already paid will not be refunded & TCS certificate will be issued
17) Once receipt is issued is final. Any modification will not be permissible as per Company policy.
18) All Specifications, Colous & Features are subject to change without prior notice.
19) Delivery subject to availability of stock/Colour/Completion of documents, Receipt of full payment and permanent registration.
20) If CRTM Rs.2500 will be charged.
21) Finance Interest rate & EMI applicable at the time of disbursement of loan & are subject to change without notice & at the sole discretion of the bankers.
22) RSA Premium is for 4th year and includs Hotel stay & is transaferable. CCS Premium can be purchased by paying Rs.3990/-
