STRENGTH DEVELOPMENT:
If applied under recommendations and properly
executed with curing under the advised
circumstances, the graph shown to the right is a
representation of the strength development of CyBe
MORTAR. Indicative load bearing capacity could be
achieved after already 1 hour. The structural engineer
can determine based on specific situations what the
lead-time for individual 3DCP objects is.
The graph is indicative and depends on the
circumstances and specifically designed and applied

MINIMUM PRINTING REQUIREMENTS:
To enable 3Dconcrete printing a set of minimum · Water supply min. 300 L/h, temperature min. 13 °C – max. 20 °C (55 °F – 68 °F)
requirements on the construction site is needed. The · Water supply min. 50 L/h, for curing immediately after 3Dconcrete printing
following specific requirements are needed but · Controlled workspace temperature min. 5 °C – max. 30 °C
depend on specific circumstances and therefore are · Waste containers for mortar packaging, plastic and hardened concrete
not limited to : · Additional requirements will be specified depending on specific project and
· Supply of clean tap water, similar to water construction-site requirements
quality in the Netherlands
· Short and long term specified storage facilities
for 3DCP equipment and mortar pallets.
