SOP - Power Failures
PROCEDURE
Policy Specifics:
Setiap karyawan Grand Aston Puncak harus menerima pelatihan bagaimana dengan cepat
menjalankan prosedur apabila gedung mengalami padam listrik.
Any employee of Grand Aston Puncak should get training in how to apply the procedure
immediately whenever the building has power failures.
Procedure Specifics:
1) The Floor Concierge will open an Emergency Lighting Kit. Any guest requesting
lighting will be given a light stick.
2) All retail and food outlets can remain open as long as they are able to service the
guests properly.
3) Engineering will contact the PLN (State Electrical Company).
4) When power is restored, Engineering will begin its restart operation of all
building utilities.
5) The FCC Room Security Guard will inform the Engineering if any guests are
trapped in the elevator.
6) Security and engineering will open the lift door to release the guests or employee
who have been trapped.
1) The Security Supervisor will take the flashlight and light stick and start patrolling the
public areas, guest floors and the back of the house areas.
2) Security FCC Room/ Sucurity Supervisor will keep all retail and food outlets informed
as to the situation.
3) The Security Supervisor will return to FCC Room to assist the FCC Room Officer.
4) The FCC Room Security Guard will inform the Engineering if any guests are trapped in
the elevator.
5) Security and engineering will open the lift door to release the guests or employee
who have been trapped.
