work and supply shall be. Basic Price Rs.10,90,000 /- (Rupees Ten Lakh Ninety Thousand).

The Above price is Exclusive of loading/unloading, Transit & site insurance, Material Shifting, Octroi and
Transportation.

PRICE & COMMERCIAL TERMS


Terms of payment (for design & supply):
Basic Price Rs.10,90,000 /- (Rupees Ten Lakh Ninety Thousand).

Payment : 50% advance along with Purchase order,


: 40% against Performa invoice before dispatch of material,
: 10% at time of Installation,
(Note: All payment should be with GST).
Taxes : @ 18% GST Extra.
Delivery : The plant would be dispatched within 3-4 weeks from date of P.O.
Freight : Excluding up to your Site.
Warranty : one year against manufacturing defects.
Validity : our offer is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of this proposal and is subject to variation
thereafter, and the offer prices will increase as the market value.
