E. LESSONS/REFLECTIONS LEARNED
This academic year is a year of breakthrough and blessing for us. In the
same way, we have learned and reflected upon every ups and downs that we
encountered. We have learned that there should always be a limitation between
the parents and the teachers and teachers to student relationship. Being strict in
the implementation of the school’s rules and regulations towards the faculty,
parents and students contributes a lot in maintaining peace and order in the
school.
We also reflected on the strengths and weaknesses of the school and
everything therein such as follows; the school practice its vision and mission,
Gospel-centered, student-centered, classrooms and school facilities are
conducive for learning, rapport among the faculty and administrator, students
and parents and it’s provides quality education and Christian leaders. Moreover,
the school looks forward to the welfare of the teachers and the students.
The school needs to develop and enhance more facilities for a better
service it could provide to the learners such as, providing new computers,
constructing new buildings and increasing employee’s salary.
