LARDO's Project

This project aims to reduce the number of at-risk students dropping out of school by at least 4% annually. It identifies three root causes of students being at risk: lack of participation, absent guardians, and difficulties with academics. The project will involve consultation with stakeholders, home visits, monthly student monitoring, personalized learning activities, and annual accomplishment reports. It is chaired by Erika Valmorida and has four other members. The activities and their associated budgets are outlined in a work plan and budget matrix.
