E3 Series Gamewell-Cable Programmer-1

1) This document provides instructions for connecting a serial download cable between a Gamewell FCI E3 series fire panel and a PC or laptop for programming purposes. 2) The cable connects to connector TB6 on the main board of the E3 panel and to a DB-9 female connector on the other end. 3) Pins 1-4 of the DB-9 connector are used to connect to the RX, TX, and ground pins of a USB to serial adapter connected to a laptop or PC, allowing communication between the panel and computer for programming.
