We recommend building our printing shop in a prime location with high visibility and
accessibility. Our market research indicates that businesses in the downtown area have
a high demand for printing services, and we aim to serve this target market. We have
identified a commercial space located in a busy pedestrian area with easy access to
public transportation and ample parking. This location also has a mix of complementary
businesses, such as graphic design firms and marketing agencies, which can potentially
provide collaboration opportunities. Overall, we believe that this prime location will help
us attract new customers and increase our brand recognition in the local market.

MARKETING STRATEGY
The following are the list of Marketing strategies that will implement on such business:
 Identifying what customers wants and needs:
Our business generally targeted all people that may render our business. We will
first identify what they want and make a good relationship with them by
consulting to them directly to capture their interest.
 Fliers’ distribution on General areas:
We will also be considering the use of an old way of marketing strategy which is
by distributing fliers. We will distribute them on every people in order to market
our product.
 Social media advertisement:
The most effective marketing strategy in today’s generation is social media
marketing. By the use of social media platforms, we can easily advertise our
business using Facebook, making videos on how good and best choice our
product would be on TIKTOK’s.
 Contracting with Social media influencer:
We would like to consider also on having contract with social media influencer.
We will used their help to market our business by posting videos on TikTok and
posting videos and statuses on Facebook.
 Sponsorship:
Sponsorship also is one of the effective ways marketing your business. We will
take our opportunity to advertise our business in events like pageantry.
Pageantry awards like “Best in costume”, Best in swimwear” etc. with a price
sponsored by our business. Barangay events like Basketball league and
volleyball league awarding individually or by team accomplishment.
By this marketing strategies, our business will gain customer’s interest by making our
business presence using public marketing.

OPERATING PROCESSES
4J’s RAK Printing services will earn money/profit by providing printing services and
printed materials to our customers. To ensure that we are giving the best services to our
consumers, we make sure that our printing equipment such as digital printers, ink-jet
printers, screen printers, and laser printers are in top-notch condition. Also, the
employees of our shop are highly trained and went through various orientations for them
to perform efficiently. This will make our shop more productive and due to that we are
earning profit constantly.
The functions of human resource departments, such as payroll and health
insurance, as beneficial. When used properly, outsourcing is an effective strategy
to reduce expenses, and can even provide our printing shop with a competitive
advantage over rivals. We choose to outsourced our Human resources
department because we want to focus more strategically, less transactionally and
it give us the ability to allocate time and resources to other endeavors.
