Good evening everyone, good health to everyone.

regarding the discussion about the plan to make a product that will be made and marketed with a type of
spray preparation that follows the reference of similar products that have been sold in the Indonesian
market under the name "skin theory multi use spray", maybe before we go any further we can exchange
opinions or brain storming.

I had a conversation with Izham and ask about the preparation and what has been done for the plan to
make this product. From what I understand, this plan has been well thought out and some efforts have
been made to start but there are some things that have not been prepared.

From our experience in building "OEM" cosmetic products involves several steps that are important to
ensure safe, quality products, and comply with applicable regulations.

The process of developing a product from scratch does require more energy, patience and time, we
cannot rush because there are many things that must be prepared.

Maybe later together we can see general steps in develop products and determine what can be done by
each party and we can discuss what steps can be taken next. From some points we can discuss further.
