Youare requested to take note of the revised mid-term examination schedule and help your ward prepare for
the same accordingly. Please note that the exam scheduled for 7th September 2023 has been rescheduled on
6" September 2023. There is no change in the rest of the exam
schedule.

Kindlynote the instructions for Mid Term Examination for classes VI -XII:
1. The reporting time to school on all exam days is 7:55 a.m. The students should be
seated as per the seating plan by 8:00 am.
2. The Dispersal for classes VI-XII from 4 September 2023 to 18 September 2023
willbe at 11:40am.
3. Students should not use any unfair means during the assessment. In case a student is
found using unfair means, his/her paper will be cancelled. Students are not permitted
to wear smart watches.
4. Practical Exam/nternal assessment/ASL for classes XI-XII will be conducted in the
respective subject periods.
5. Absenteeism on the day of assessment is strictly prohibited. If the student is
medically unfit, an application and medical certificate from Government recognized
Hospital/dispensary stating the same should be submitted within two working days.
6. The PTM will be held on 07.10.23.
