“A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE HONORABLE BARANGAY CAPTAIN JAMY VAB


D. MONTES TO TURN OVER THE OLD RESERVOIR LOCATED AT PUROK 3B TO THE
BUNAWAN WATER DISTRICT”.

WHEREAS, the Barangay Mambalili has a Reservoir at Purok 3B which was constructed
way back year 2007 that has been currently unused;

WHEREAS, the Bunawan Water District asked permission to use such Reservoir for the
sufficient water supply particularly in Barangay Mambalili consumers;

WHEREAS, the council agreed to turn over tproperly the said reservoir to Bunawan Water
District for the betterment of water supply in Barangay Mambalili;

NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved as it is hereby:

RESOLVED, upon motion of Hon. Iman Paul S. Desales and seconded by Marivel O. Ayala
to pass A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE HONORABLE BARANGAY CAPTAIN
JAMY VAB D. MONTES TO TURN OVER THE OLD RESERVOIR LOCATED AT PUROK
3B TO THE BUNAWAN WATER DISTRICT.

Unanimously approved this 30TH day of August 2023 in the Barangay Mambalili Office,
Mambalili, Bunawan, Agusan del Sur.
