Expo Stall Proposal
• 70% payment will be made in advance against the acceptance of this proposal.
• 30% payment will be provided before end of the event.
• The exhibitor will provide all artwork for branding at minimum a week before start of the event.
• A focal person of the exhibitor will remain in contact with the fabrication team throughout the event.
• A minimum of two weeks will be required for fabrication in our workshop after receipt of design and
2-3 days for installation at the site.
• The above-mentioned price does not include any government taxes, organizer's fee or any unforeseen
expenses due to last-minute changes in design or additional work.
• Fabricator will not be responsible for return and/or adjustment of services or advance payment made
by the Exhibitor in case of cancellation or delay of event under any unseen circumstances / situation.
• Prices will be on a completely Turnkey Rental Basis and all material used in the installation of said
pavilion/stand will be the property of the fabricator.
• The cost of addition or amendment, additional orders and variations after confirmation of design will
be charged to the Exhibitor accordingly.
