CONTRACT OF PROBATIONARY EMPLOYMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

That the ABC COMPANY INC., hereby hires MS. JUANA DELA CRUZ as Probationary Employee, for
the period beginning from October 2, 2022 to March 31, 2023 inclusive at the rate of FIVE HUNDRED
SEVENTY (Php 570.00) per day, payable every two weeks.

MS. JUANA DELA CRUZ hereby binds herself to perform all her work diligently and to the best of her
ability and promise to obey all lawful orders of her managers and/or supervisors made in connection
with the work for which she is assigned.

IT IS CLEARLY STIPULATED THAT THE CONDITIONS OF THIS PROBABTIONARY EMPLOYMENT


CONTRACT SHALL BE AS FOLLOWS:

1. This probationary employment contract shall be on a DAY TO DAY BASIS and shall not extend
beyond the period specified above; and shall not exceed six (6) months from the date the
probationary employee started working

2. The probationary employee concerned may be laid off or terminated from the firm EVEN
BEFORE THE EXPIRY DATE OF THIS CONTRACT if her services are no longer need, or such services
are found to be unsatisfactory, or if she has violated any of the established rules and regulations
of the Company.

3. That the probationary employee hereby agrees to works in any work shift schedule that may be
assigned to her by the company during the period of this contract.

4. The probationary employee is obligated to render thirty (30) working day notice before official
resignation otherwise is liable for damages. It is the prerogative of the employer to waive or
reduce this condition; and

5. This Contract of Probationary Employment, unless sooner terminated for any of the causes
above cited, shall then automatically cease on its expiry date without the necessity of any prior
notice to the probationary employee concerned.
