We are currently searching to hire a Group Facilities Services & Projects Specialist, responsible for the functionality & layout of work facilities within Motor Oil Group. Main st oeeens Responsibilities Responsible for handling, coordinating & monitoring requests and overseeing issues resolution (including on site visits) for: facilities security facilities maintenance works facilities cleaning services office furniture and construction works non-IT office equipment (phones, etc) relocation requests Proposes offices redesign, renovation and spatial planning projects, including negotiations and cooperation with vendors Manages and monitors contracts for: building security services facilities cleaning services rents, shared expenses and utilities Provides requirements to Procurement and oversees the bidding process for facilities related contracts regarding the buildings under his responsibility, Ensures that facilities meet regulations and environmental, health and security standards and advises accordingly Provides consultation on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness Prepares and supports monitoring of the offices’ budget per company Provides relevant reporting where required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Topography or other related field Master's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business or other related field will be preferred At least 6 years of experience in Facilities Management (hard & soft) ‘Strong knowledge in AUTOCAD Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel Key skills/attributes Efficient communication and interpersonal skills ‘Advanced numerical and analytical skills Accountability and results orientation Planning, organization and presentation skills Ability to work individually and as part of a team Flexibility, adaptability and critical thinking Find similar jobs: All Careers Pudpioeis Cookies Copyright 2022 Motor Oil, All rights reserved You
