This internship program has played crucial role in my practical work where i
experienced in learning by doing and i privileged to build the strong carrier
activities which made me to be greater height to any institution

The experience i gained during my internship taught me to do all possible to


enhance the development of our filed sector and country at large

Internship has great significant to all students who completed their studies because
they provide possible practical works to beneficiaries

the internship not only giving the knowledge but also it helps to overcome the
financial personal difficulties where they granted the beneficiaries the stipends for
every month which help the internees to overcome all financial hindrances they
faced during internship activities

2. Discuss challenges of your internship experience and ways they may be


improved

During internship I challenged with the following hindrances

On my behalf i never received the transport fees which was supposed to help me in
my daily activities

Getting the company uniform as identification of company for ensuring the trust to
the customers

I gained the learning by doing


I learnt the good preparation of monthly report

I gained skills and knowledge about leadership and this indeed helped me to be a
good future leader
