Comments (Self-evaluation on academic performance and objectives for the next year):
There are so many things that I used to do and also planning to introduce some modifications in the upcoming semester.
1) It is important to conduct the diagnostic test at the start of the semester to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the learners. This will enable
me to plan the lessons around the needs of the learners.
2) I used to create small groups in every class to develop interaction among the learners. In some of the activities, I give time to the learners to
discuss the questions with their partners and then come up with feedback. The use of different interaction patterns, for instance; pair work, group
work, and role plays greatly enhance learners’ communicative ability, confidence, and learning outcomes. The same I’ll repeat in the coming
semester.
3) In addition to this, I’ll make use of constant discussions and debate competitions to develop learners’ creative and critical thinking skills.
4) It is important to develop learners’ cooperative learning skills to strengthen their self-esteem, self-confidence, self-regulated learning, individual
accountability, and academic and social skills.

Comments (Self-evaluation on professional development and objectives for the next year):
Generally, continuous professional development is important for individuals because it keeps their thinking fresh, their skills
relevant, and their motivation high. The benefits of CPD include individuals’ ability to show their commitment to self-development
and professionalism.
In the educational scenario, professional development training can help teachers to become better at planning their time and staying
organized. This ultimately makes teachers more efficient and gives them extra time to focus on students rather than the paperwork.
I have a plan for the next semester to take/attend different:
1. training courses to improve the quality of my teaching;
2. workshops;
3. seminars
4. conferences;
5. online courses and e-learning courses;
At individual and personal levels it would include the activities:
6. Attending webinars;

7. Listening to podcasts;
8. Keeping up with the news about teaching;
9. Reading articles, publications, journals, and magazines;
10. Researching and keeping track of the work of teaching experts.

Comments (Self-reflection on administrative responsibilities and objectives for the next year):
Working as a coordinator requires patience, perseverance and working 24/7. The job is interesting but the one who
performs the role of a COORDINATOR needs to be vigilant and have the courage to run the extra miles to meet the
required standards.
Being an academic Coordinator, I was responsible for effective curriculum delivery, the achievement of departmental
goals, learning outcomes and meeting of the targets and benchmarks. The coordinators have a key role in the
development of a positive work environment – one that is innovative and responsive to student needs. If suppose, the
ELC would assign any such duty in the future, I would surely comply with the requirements and try to perform in a
better way.
D: Community Services

open spaces. wonderful way to attract and observe local bird
species. Bird feeders can provide a reliable food
source for birds, especially during the colder
months when food may be scarce. They can also
help create a more diverse and vibrant ecosystem
by encouraging birds to visit and nest in your local
area.
Comments (Self-evaluation on community service and objectives for the next year):
I would like to get myself engage in community services because it carries many benefits, including:
1. Personal growth: community services can help individual develop new skills, learn about different cultures, and gain a
new perspective on life.
2. Improved mental health: Engaging in community services can help reduce stress and improve mood, as well as increase
self-confidence and self-esteem.
3. Increased social connections: Community services provide opportunities to meet new people and build friendships, which
can help increase social support and reduce social isolation.
4. Career development: Community services can help individual gain valuable experience and skills that can enhance their
resume and help them stand out in the job market.
5. Positive impact on the community: Engaging in community services can help make a positive impact on the community,
whether it’s through volunteering at a local food bank, participating in a beach cleanup, or raising funds for a local charity.
Overall, community services can help the person grow as an individual, develop new skills, build friendships, and make a
positive impact on the world around.
