TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Booking of the party rooms is based on availability.
2. Invitations are from your side.
3. Any child under the age of five (5) years old should be accompanied by an adult’s guardian when
in the play area.
4. A minimum of AED 500 non-refundable deposit should be made to insure the booking of the
Birthday Party. Kids HQ cannot hold any date without a deposit. You can pay at the reception KIDS
HQ or pay online.
5. All Birthday Party duration is 2 hours. If the client decides to stay or extend their time there will be
a fee of AED 65/child for 2 hours of play.
6. Outside food/beverage is strictly not allowed in Kids HQ. If you wish to bring your food
then there is a corkage fee of AED300.
7. Goody bags for the kids , Cake & disposable plates and spoon/fork for your cake will be provided
by you (for kids & Adults).
8. Confirmation of number of kids and meals should be done 2 days before the party.
9. The number of kids confirmed (2 days before the party) will be the final number you will be
charged for.
10. Kids HQ is not responsible for any lost or misplaced items by the client or guest.
11. Any changes made within 24 hours of the party are not guaranteed.
12. “No Socks No Entry” policy applies. Socks are mandatory for adults and kids.
13. Any broken or damaged item will be held responsible to the person signed on these
documents.
14. Backdrop will be provided – based on the availability of the theme.
15. Minimum 10 kids /12 kids and Maximum 50 kids.
16. Parents/Guardians should note that whilst every consideration has been given for the
safety of children using the play Centre, Kids HQ cannot be held responsible for accidents which
occur as a result of children playing on the equipment.
17. Media Consent: During the party, we take photographs and videos of Birthday events
And activities involving kids to share on our Social Media Accounts. These photos may be published
through our website, news/press bulletins, social media, and marketing materials. With this, we seek
your consent in allowing us to publish photos and videos that may involve your child
and guests.
