The DBM-Regional Office IV-A (CALABARZON), in coordination with the


PHILLBO-CALABARZON will conduct a three-day Seminar-Workshop on the
2016 Revised IRR of RA 9184, otherwise known as the Government
Procurement Reform Act, on August 31 to September 2, 2023 at the Costa
Palawan Resort, Ponce de Leon Road, Puerto Princesa City Palawan

The objective of this seminar-workshop is to provide designated Provinicial,


City Municipal and Barangay Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Members,
BAC Secretariat and Technical Working Group (TWG), as well as, end-users
(All Department Heads), with the concepts and working knowledge on
transparency, competitiveness, streamlined procurement process on
government procurement alongside with the updates on the latest issuances,
resolutions, circulars, guidelines and manuals issued by the Government
Procurement Policy Board (GPPB).

An amount of P11,000.00 per participant payable in cash will be collected to


defray the costs incidental to the conduct of the said activity. The registration
fee per participant is inclusive of room accommodation, training kit.

In this regard, we are inviting the above-mentioned procurement personnel


to attend the said seminar. Priority shall be given to those who have
confirmed attendance to the concerned Local Budget Officer or thru PHILLBO-
CALABARZON c/o Ms. Luz Peduche at mobile No. 0921 211 6480
