WASHER DISINFECTOR

1) Checking of input power source
2) Checking of utilities as applicable
3) Cleaning of exterior & interior surface
4) Clean the Chamber Filter
5) Check and clean water solenoid filter
6) Check and clean Dryer Pre-filter
7) Check and clean Dryer Hepa – filter
8) Check temperature sensor status
9) Verify Safety thermostat sensor
10) Check and clean chemical dosing pump, if necessary lubricate
11) Check and clean inner pipe and connection pipe of dosing pump
12) Check and clean suction filter of chemical tank level sensor
13) Check for free Rotation, Open the Cleaning Caps and Wash Inside.
Check and in case Clean the Nozzles of Washing arm.
14) Verify the Door gasket
15) Check for water leak from rotating arm seal of washing pump.
16) Check water leaks from the seal of heating element
17) Check the operation of control system of Dryer heating element
18) Check for any Leaks, If necessary remove and Clean the Membrane Seal of Water solenoid valve
19) Check for any Leaks, If necessary remove and Clean the Membrane Seal drain pump
20) Operation is Checked by the Control System for Pressure switches
21) Check the situation of pipe and the seal of unloading water
22) Check the situation of pipe and the seal of loading water
23) Remarks, if any
