INTRODUCTION

A. Background
A job application is a letter from a person who needs a job (application) to an
organization or an official who can provide employment or a position.
Applications may also be defined as letters from prospective employees to
potential employers requesting that prospective employees be given jobs by
potential employers. For the most part, a job applicant is asked after he or she
receives information about vacations that are usually acquired from friends,
acquaintances, or through newspaper ads, the Internet and other media outlets. In
addition, one can also apply for a trial without knowing whether there is a job
opening on the application. There is a saying, looks can describe the person. The
same is true of job applications, as most companies or agencies look at applicants
from their applications. Thus, one such attempt at success is to gain entry into and

The application letter is the principal prerequisite in applying for a job. The

note of some of the things that a company requires, since sometimes applications
are English. If such a proposal is properly designed and properly met and the

accepted or summoned for further testing.

B. The Purpose of Application Letter

1. It allows you to sell your abilities by highlighting your strengths from
curriculum vitae (CV).
2. Provides an opportunity for you to include material that does not belong in
your resume especially the personal qualifications you have when preparing

In addition, the purpose of a job application or resume cover letter is to

CHAPTER III
CLOSING
A. Conclusion
Based on the writing of this paper, it could be concluded that writing and
sending out a resume become so important when a person feels the need for a job
after completing a certain education. As important as it is, a job application must
be made with its recollections, both in language and in content. However, no
matter how well a resume may be written and sent, it is far better to accept an
application. That means you must create jobs, minimum for yourself! Apart from
applications, the discussion on the application is also vital for college students
who need the letter and is not denied that it should be given attention.

B. Sugestion
According to the paper's content, the writer recommends that in writing
letters, be they official letters or non-official letters, the writing technique should
be looked after properly and the elements contained therein carefully.
