V. The Market: identify your Market using the TAM-SAM-SOM and specifically
identify the practical target market (SOM). You may include in your
description the customer persona.
VI. Revenue Model: Clearly show the Expected cost and expenses (estimates)
that will be incurred on monthly and yearly basis. Initial cost of investment
should also be included, Income statement.
VII. Social Impact:
a. Present here the impact Value chain (matrix), identify the indicators that
are measurable
b. Clear Explanation on how the business model contributes to the
attainment of the SDGs
