ED 228: MODULE 2 TASK

Direction: Develop an effective learning objective in the levels of receiving, responding,

valuing, organization, and characterization by value. You can use the space below for your
answer.

Level Objective
Receiving The objective is for the student to be aware of, open to, eager to receive,
and attentive to the numerous stimuli. Students in this situation continue
to be passive, content to simply listen to or pay attention to classroom
events. The idea of uniform rectilinear motion is one that the teacher can
explain to the class with relative ease.

Responding More than simply the introduction alone, the objective expects students to
be motivated to act in response to an idea, object, or set of values. In this
situation, students are expected to show that they are motivated by the
way that is being asked.

Valuing The objective is for learners to comprehend the importance of respecting a

thought or emotion and the presumption that an idea, item, or method of
thinking has value. Even though no professors are asking or demanding it,
the student in this instance continuously acts in line with a value.

Organization Students should be able to arrange evidence of the connections between

various values within a system of values and decide which values are
more important than the others, according to the purpose. The pupil in this
instance has a consistent value system. Students are expected to create a
value system out of a variety of selected values and analyse how these
values interact.

Characterizatio The objective is for students to demonstrate their ability to demonstrate

n the practice of organizing and integrating values into a personal value
system. This is demonstrated by the actions of others at a lower level who,
however, have been incorporating these principles into a philosophy of
life that is thorough, compelling, and constant behaviours will always be
largely to the philosophy of life. The character has a life philosophy.
