INSPIRATION

TO
REALITY
VISION BOARD

Visualization is one of the most powerful mind exercises and allows for
change to be in the forefront of the mind. A visual tool is a way to
concretely express the things we want more of in our lives, such as
physical items, wants, emotions or achievements.

Making our goals visual and placing them in a space where they are seen
often makes this a tool for daily short visualizations. This creates space
to focus on what we want; these desires inevitably begin to expand with
more focus.
GIVING LOVE

Close your eyes.

Picture someone you love.
See their face.
What do you wish for them?
Write everything down.
THE WHEEL OF LIFE

Choose a number between 1 and 10 for each slice of your wheel.

Your number is based on how satisfied you are right now with each
section of the wheel (10 being the most satisfied).

Draw a line across each section.
