Based on the scrutiny and short-listing of valid applications received against the Non-teaching
Recruitment Advertisement No. NITR/ES/08/2022, the shortlisting status of each application
has been uploaded to the NIT Rourkela Non-teaching Recruitment portal. The shortlisting
criteria for various posts are as follows:

The shortlisting is purely provisional, and the shortlisted applicants are advised to confirm
themselves that they satisfy the shortlisting criteria. An applicant may be prohibited from
appearing in the selection process at any stage, if any error or omission is detected regarding
him/her not satisfying the prescribed shortlisting criteria.

How to check the Shortlisting status?

To check the shortlisting status, the applicant is advised to visit the NIT Rourkela Non-teaching
Recruitment portal at https://nitrkl.ac.in/Nonteaching/Login.aspx and log in by using the
‘Sign In’ link with their already registered email ID and password. The applicant may use the
‘Forgot Password’ option on the login page to reset the password if required.

If an applicant satisfies the shortlisting criteria but is ‘Not Shortlisted’, he/she may bring to the
notice of the Institute on or before 12/05/2023 (Friday) through the link given in the Non-
Teaching Recruitment Portal only. No other mode of representation will be entertained. If
required, they must also upload scanned copies of the documents supporting their claim. Any
representation received beyond the said date will not be entertained for consideration by the
Institute.

Further, applicants with ‘Conditionally Shortlisted’ status must upload scanned copies of the
required documents within the given time limit.

The selection procedure and syllabus for different posts will be posted on the Institute
website later. Applicants are advised to visit the Institute’s website for the latest
information frequently.
