Greetings of Peace and Prosperity!

This letter is an intent for donation. Cabcabon National High School was one of the medium
schools in Butuan City Division. Due to our limited budgetary allocation, we are unable to
address all the necessity at our school. We are planning to build additional classroom. We
would like to ask for the donation of two (2) sand and gravel dump trucks.

We pushed through this strategy due to our school's increased enrollment. With your support
we can build a classroom conducive for learning. The dreams that we have for our students
finally become a reality. This will benefit the school, students, teachers, and the community.

We fervently hope you will respond favorably. We are grateful for a continuous partnership
that enhances public service to the community.
