Please note: In this guide we will refer to the KSNet450 unit as KS. All images, accessories & UI
shown in this manual are illustrating purposes only. Soncamedia reserves the right to make

1.2 Safety Note

For your safety, please read this document carefully before you commence
using the product!

POWER OFF unit before connecting any cables or plugging/unplugging USB

drive.

To prevent electric shock, DO NOT touch the iron surface, socket or terminal
station while speaker is in operation.

DO NOT dispose of lead batteries in municipal waste.

Put the speaker in a cool, dry & flat place. DO NOT install or use the speaker in
extremely hot or humid environments. DO NOT allow sharp objects, liquid to contact
portable system, microphones or the diaphragm.

DO NOT attempt any self servicing of the portable system in the event of a
operational problem occurring. Immediately stop using the product and TURN of the
unit and remove the mains power cable and contact your KBEATBOX Dealer or
Customer Service.

Please note: Any un-authorized opening of the product will void your product warranty.

1.5 Karaoke Remote Controller (Smart Karaoke 4K operations)
The included remote control operates via a USB wireless dongle (you will find it in the
battery compartment of the remote control) insert into the rear USB Port 1 or 2 and
install 2x AAA Batteries into the remote. This remote control also operates as a air-
mouse and also features voice search functions.

2. USING WIRELESS MICROPHONE
2.1 Insert batteries & Use wireless microphone
+ Insert 2x AA Batteries & push [POWER] button to turn On the microphone. Hold it
(~1s) for turn microphone Off.
+ Can open the battery cover & quickly click the [SET] button to change working
frequency (or if has strange mic sound), Speaker auto sync with new frequency set.
Notes: Pls check battery level icon for replace new. Microphone wireless signal and voice sound
may affect if battery level too low.
Prepare enough AA Battery for your karaoke party. Use rechargeable battery type for
saving cost and environmentally friendly.

2.2 Set pairing ID the wireless

4. CONNECT TO TV SCREEN & PLAY SMART KARAOKE 4K MODE
Use HDMI Cable to connect Speaker to TV (as picture).
Plug the USB RECEIVER of karaoke remote controller into USB port of Speaker, to
use voice search, control karaoke, watch Youtube video (internet connected).
1. Plug the USB RECEIVER of karaoke remote into USB (host) port of Speaker (slot 1 or 2)

4.1 Connect to your Wi-Fi (internet)

The CONNECT WIFI NETWORK screen will show up at 1st time boot or network disconnected
A. Select your Wi-Fi Network, input you Password and select “CONNECT”.
B. Or you can select “GO TO OFFLINE MODE” to skip this connection setup and sing offline songs.

4.2 Using karaoke remote controller for song search/select
A. Voice search (internet connected)
Push button & say loud-clear: song name, singer, composer or lyrics,... for start searching

4.3 Browsing Playlist and Recommended list

At the home (main) screen, push [UP] to enable the on screen keyboard. Continue select [CLOSE],
and then move to [RIGHT] to select the icon to go in PLAYLIST - RECOMMEND screen

4.4 Using Youtube app (with voice search)

4.5 Wi-Fi Connect or Setup Wi-Fi hotspot

At the home (main) screen, push 3-times for notification popup “Go to device settings?”.

Select [NO] to cancel, select [YES] to open the Settings screen.

On “Settings - Wireless & networks” => select [Wi-Fi]
=> select your Wi-Fi network name & input password to connect

On “Settings - Wireless & networks” => select [More] => select [Tethering & portable hotspot]
=> Turn on [Portable Wi-Fi hotspot]
=> Select [Set up Wi-Fi hotspot] => input name and password of your hotspot and save
Default hotspot: Name = “ACNOS_xxxx”, Password = “12345678”

5.2 ONLINE KARAOKE singing with CloudKaraoke app
Use your smartphone, tablet and pair your device via Bluetooth to the portable
speaker. Use the Cloud Karaoke APP to select songs from our Karaoke Library.

Step 1: install CloudKaraoke app on your smartphone (or tablet, iPad) & setup
Speaker to your karaoke place.
Step 2: power on Speaker (MAINS or BATTERY). Insert AA batteries & power on
wireless microphone.
Check wireless microphone usage @ section 2.1 (&page 5)

Step 3: set pair your smartphone (or tablet, iPad) to Bluetooth of Speaker (name:
“KBEATBOX”). Connect to internet Wifi or turn 3G/4G on & open CloudKaraoke app
for search, select songs & sing online karaoke.

5.3 Connect OPTICAL IN to play audio from Smart TV

Step 1: use an optical cable (Toslink) to connect the [OPTICAL] port of Smart TV to
the [OPTICAL IN] port of Speaker. Push [MODE] button on Speaker to switch into
“OPTICAL MODE”. Setup your Smart TV outputs digital audio (PCM format) to the
OPTICAL port.

Step 2: insert AA batteries & power on wireless microphone. Can use smart phone to
cast/control Youtube app on Smart TV to select song & sing karaoke Youtube.
Notes: follow step1 to use OPTICAL IN mode & play audio from any players (optical out support).

5.4 Play MP3 music from USB Drive

6. Karaoke Connect smart app for SMART KARAOKE 4K mode

Karaoke Connect app on Android/iOS devices & smart karaoke song search devices
(ACNOS dedicated touch screen, tablet) can connect to KS Speaker via wifi, to
synchronize controls and quickly search/select karaoke songs. Free download on
Apple App Store or Google Play Store or scan the QR Code below to install.

Install app -> Update database (1st run) -> Connect to the same WiFi with KS Speaker (or
setup KS Speaker as a wifi hotspot and connect the app to it)

7. STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
* POWER OFF the speaker completely and unplug it from the electrical outlet when not in use for a
long time.
* REMOVE all AA/AAA batteries out of the wireless microphone, remote control when not in use for
a long time, to prevent battery melt/leakage causing damage to internal components.
* YOU SHOULD turn on your Portable Speaker periodically 1 to 2 times a month (with mains power
connected) and run the system for several minutes each time this will avoid the risk of damaging the
batteries life, if left not used for long periods of time (like in any battery device) the unit many not
function correctly.
* The product needs to be stored inside a hard, foam-lined carton. INSTALL in the correct direction,
in a cool, dry, free from channels, vibrations, dust, away from chemicals and corrosive agents.
* The standard storage environment is between -10⁰C ~ 50⁰C.
* Limit shocks, strong collisions when loading and unloading, transportation.
* We recommend you keep the box that your Portable Speaker arrived in including all internal
packaging for a period of 1 month minimum. If you are located in a remote area or your product was
delivered directly to you we strongly recommend that you keep it (even flat packed) for the duration
of the 12 month warranty period as these products need to be securely boxed for transportation if
any future service or replacement is required.

8. BATTERY NOTE
SAFETY WARNING: speaker is equipped with a
high-capacity rechargeable Lithium Battery Pack and
battery indicator is not removable. Unintentionally removing the
+ F ~ FULL (or high) internal battery will void all relevant warranties and
+ M ~ MEDIUM may result in fire or serious damage!
+ L ~ LOW (need charge)
* flashing ~ charging * The battery pack inside the speaker operates optimally at
a temperature of 5⁰C ~ 35⁰C. Avoid charging the battery in
extreme high or low temperatures.
* DO NOT disassemble, replace the battery pack with a similar one, has not been
approved. Risk of explosion if battery is replaced with an incorrect type. To avoid fire
or burn, DO NOT disassemble, bend, crush, puncture or short-circuit the battery
pack.
* To prevent fire and explosion and expose hazardous substances into the
environment. DO NOT dispose of the battery in a fire or in the regular household
waste bin. Please take it to hazardous material collection points.
