The lecturer, Zaka Ullah, has submitted an application for a mutual transfer with Rao Hammad Ahmed. With due respect, it is submitted that I am working as a Lecturer (Social Work) BS 17 at


Government Associate College Kallur Kot District Bhakkar which is 70 km away from my home.
Whereas, Mr. Rao Hammad Ahmed a substitute of my named job Lecturer (Social Work) BS 17
who is working at Government Associate College Darya Khan District Bhakkar, which is quite
near to my home. Rao Hammad Ahmed belongs to Kallur Kot city where I am working. He is
willing for his transfer at my place of working at Government Associate College Kallur Kot
District Bhakkar.

Therefore, it is requested that our mutual transfer may be made after the issuance of
formal order so that we may serve our duties easily.
