Lexus Factory for metal productions

I worked in Lexus Factory for metal productions and metal formalization as Electrical
and electronic engineer , the flowing sentences example for my work :-

*) I assembled the factory in Yemen after I took training in China ،shanghai city about

how to assemble and operat the factory , that produces metal crafts and metal

formalization, The machine works with PLC system .

*) I designed the shapes of our productions by software (fast cam) depending on

customer's requests .

*) I scheduled maintenance of the factory for technical persons to do maintenance.

*) I designed Electrical system for the factory and I repaired the generators problems

Manager and engineer of the station

3/2020 - until now

Alnakhlah Station for Electrical production

I managed Alnakhlah Station for produce electricity , and I am the engineer of the

station .

I did the flowing work : -

*) I Calculated the predictable loads of the electrical network , and I calculated the

capacity of generators that we want depend on loads .

*) I planned for the ways of the main cables and branches cables .

*) I calculated the protections for the main network and their branches.

*) I Designed main control system for the electrical network .

*) I tainted technicals person how to do the maintenance and I scheduled the

maintenance depends on factory of generators manual for operating and

maintenance.

*) I did a lot of Repairing for Generators ,

for example of main repairing ( replacing control unit of generator from ComAp Brand

Model MRS10 Automatic Start / Stop Controller by deepsea Brand model 7320i , and I

changed the parameters of the software deepsea to appropriate generator

specifications , replacing AVR of generator, renew cables and connections of

generator manually , and thousands of repairing for generators and customer's

machines )

*) It's impossible to tell you every things about my technical skills on C.V
