Faster Drive fault identification
Service engineer will receive E-mail notifications with all the details as soon as there is Alarm or Fault in the
drive.
It is possible to also configure notifications to be sent to customers.
Once the notifications is received service engineer can login into portal and get the full status of plant, (Faulty
drives, drives with warning, drives running, drives ready to run, disconnected) and latest events that are
occurred in Plant.

Datalogger 1 and Datalogger 2 at the time of faults can be visualized.
Data can visualized in numerical form and also can be exported to excel. Zoom in and Out is available
on graphical view.

Parameter file can be visualized in portal and also can be downloaded.
For ACS800 drives parameter backup can also be downloaded in the drivewindow format.

Quick troubleshooting of faults
APBU file
APBU loggers are available at the time of faults.
These files can be downloaded to PC and can be viewed in DriveDebug (DD)

▪ Change the file extension to *.csv
▪ Open the file by double clicking on it ( ll open in excel)

Data On Demand Parameters, Dataloggers
and APBU-loggers
Parameter files, Dataloggers and APBU loggers are available at the time of fault by default
But it is possible to get the drive parameter backup, Dataloggers and APBU loggers on dammed. And these
downloaded files can be viewed in portal or can be downloaded to PC for analysis

Daily Parameter backup
Daily parameter backup files are scheduled and available at 00 hour UTC (5:30 AM IST)
These backup files are available in drivewindow format for ACS800 drive where engineers can quickly
restore the faulty drive with latest working parameter set.
Also it is possible to view all the data (parameter files, dataloggers) uploaded form drive in list view

Continuous Monitoring of drives Signals

Drive performance data is collected continuously and stored centrally. The frequency is 1 minute at the
moment.
Service engineers can use the signal monitoring to monitor the drive.
Also pervious history of 6 months data can be visualized in the portal.
If older than 6 months history is needed then it can be exported to excel sheet for offline analysis.
It is also possible to view the data in numerical format.

Service Reporting
Drive Condition report can be generated from portal for the selected period. It is possible to select the
reporting dates up to 6 months.

Generated reports can be downloaded in word document form and can be shared with customer via
e-mail.
