Great for Formative Assessments!
Directions:
After downloading this product, simply cut the pieces out of the math puzzle. Students will use the 16 puzzle pieces to make a 4 x 4
puzzle. Students know that a puzzle piece is in the correct location by looking at the sides of the puzzle pieces. Each side of a puzzle
piece either has a question or the solution to a question. A puzzle piece is in the correct location if each side of the piece is aligned with
the proper answer to the question. See the example below.

Answer Key:
As opposed to checking to see if each individual problem is correct, it is recommended that teachers simply check the letters in the middle
of each of the pieces. The student answer the puzzle correctly if the letters in the puzzle of each piece are positioned and aligned like the
following.
