6 PARENTS/ GUARDIAN -ABSENT

AGENDA:
1. STE Programs and Policy Guidelines
2. School Rules and Regulations
3. Election of Officers
4.Other Matters

PROCEDINGS:

1. The meeting officially started at 1:35 in the afternoon via audio-visual presentation.
2. There was a call to order from the class adviser Dr. Cristina Blanca Niza R. Elarmo.
3. Checking of attendance and meet/ greet occurred.
4. Parents were explained about the STE Programs and Policy Guidelines, there many
queries that arise and parents understood the responsibility of having their kids in the
program.
5. The discussion of school rules and regulations was tackled by the grade 9 prefect of
discipline, Mr. Joel Pamisa. Questions were then entertained regarding school
discipline.
6. The election of officers took place and Mr. Pamisa acted and the moderator. Right after
a president was elected, the President, Ms. Pilar J. Magdugo took place as the
moderator-facilitator of the proceedings.
7. Other matters were discussed such as fixing the roof of the classroom and purchasing
additional electric fans in the classroom. Everyone agreed on the initial contribution of
P100.00 and it will be added with an amount upon the acquiring the exact amount to be
used for the classroom project. It was moved by Mr. Benjen Cabesada and duly
seconded by Mrs. Flora Deloso.

8. Other matters were discussed such as the needed academic projects and research
activities which are very important/ skill that an STE learner must comply with. Parents
completely understood the level of time in dwelling school related activities and
guaranteed to support them.

The meeting ended at 3:00 o’clock in the afternoon.
