Plans for the future.

Block description:

The main aim in this fourth block is to give you the language, knowledge and basic skills that are
necessary to identify and use vocabulary and grammar about plans for the future and possible
predictions in different contexts. Based on the interchange of information in an oral and written format
using “going to” and “will” structure. This knowledge will allow you to act according to the communicative
situation.

Performance to be demonstrated:

Identifies and understand ideas in a simple text. Requests and exchanges information in a written
and oral form related to his/her own activities and situations of others for future. Understands and
uses the grammatical structures of the future in a communicative context.

Competences to be developed:

Identifies and interprets the general idea and possible development of an oral or written message
in a foreign language, related to plans for the future. Communicates in a foreign language
through a logical discourse in a written or oral format, to make predictions and make spontaneous
decisions. Produces texts based on the normative use of the language, as well as the intention and
communicative situation. Uses information and communication technologies to investigate, solve
problems, produce materials and do presentations. Applies different communicative strategies,
according to his/her speakers and the context in which it is located and the objectives to express
plans and predictions.
