Reading of the Minutes of the Previous Meeting: Ms. Krestine Valad-on

Business Arising from the minutes of previous minutes:

Mrs. Lane M. Sumagaysay gave her clarification about weekly lesson plan that the month of August,
the submission of weekly lesson plan is September 2. And Mrs. Juliet Queque raised about the taking of unit
test for those who did not get the exam on September 1-2, so everyone agreed that the special unit test is
scheduled next week Friday whole day and Saturday half day only. Ma’am Lane said this is also the schedule
last year. Sister Nilda F.I asked why we need to have a special test? Ma’am Jolina Penaflorida said because of
the reasons of sickness,unable to cope the lesson because of absences and parents did not pay in treasurers
office. So for that,Sister Nilda F.I said that for those who is sick during the exam student must provide a doctor
certificate and parents must settled their account in treasurer’s office early before the examination. For grade
1- 3 the advisers will give the special unit test and for grade 4-10 is Mrs. Syville. For grade 1- three are not
taking their exam,grade 2 complete,grade 3 only one,grade 4 complete,grade 5 one, grade 6 three,Grade 7 St.
Rita 2, Grade 7 St. Candida complete, Grade 8 complete, grade 9 and grade 10 complete. Move to closed by
Mrs. Juliet Queque and seconded by Ms. Jolina Penaflorida.

Agendas:
Our Agendas were Evaluation for “No Going Out for Lunch Policy”,National Synchronized Earthquake
Drill,Math and Science Month Celebration and Other Matters (Personnel Uniform,school ID,weekly lesson
plan).

A. Evaluation of “ No Going Out Policy”

Maam Lane said this is very appreciate that this is the moved of the school eating the students
inside during lunch time,this is the best all of them, its manageable because we skip of
worrying( like roaming around in the plaza and eating in the carinderia that we don’t kow if it
safe for them.)
Strengths Things to Improve
No late in the Afternoon Proper waste disposal is wanting
Cutting Classes are prevented Ventilation and not enough tables
Students becoming independent Students are playing after lunch and restless
Parents appreciation for the policy for the first period.
Enhance camaraderie
Sense of responsibility is developed.

Maam Sharon have a proposal that all students eating their lunch in their respective classrooms
together with their advisers , for reasons that students are playing and making noises,and for surveilance .
Maam Lane said that we cannot do that,its hard to teach but its harder to keep an eye with them. Sister Nilda
F.I suggested that all students must go down, and all the gate must closed. There are three teachers who
assigned watchers during noontime. And about the tables and monobloc chairs, we can talk about that to
Sister Erna F.I how to provide. It must have assigned places, so that they are stop running, for those who have
brother or sister they can eat together. All junior high school will eat at the gym and for garde 1-3 inside the
classroom and for grade 4-6 in canteen area. There will be a formation during lunch time. Maam Lane raise
the concern of parents most especially grade 1-3 about closing the gate. The solution for that is every morning
before lunch time the gate will open 5 minutes before lunchbreak and in the afternoon, 5 minutes before the
dismissal the gate will open for parents. Maam Juliet raised her concern that some of the students stay in the
library during lunch time and its clarify that during lunch time no library And also we must orient our students
that they can play but don’t play under the sun because when its time for the first period in the afternoon
they are tired and feel sleepy. Maam Sharon suggested that we need to assigned the place per section to
maintain the cleanliness of the Comfort room. Students must practiced to clean their respective CR because
some CR are smelly. Siter Nilda F.I said that write the CR that do not function in order for sister Erna find for
replacement or to repair.Maam Louie Jean notice every recess time the grade 9 go to the CR of grade 1-3 and
one of the grade 3 student saw them using a vape. When they caught the first offense is conference with the
parents and the vape will confiscate and not return and the second offense will _______________________
And also during class they can not go to the library if it is one or two person, its allowed when the whole class
together with their subject teacher accompany or assist them to go to the library.

B. National Synchronized Earthquake Drill

There will be a simultaneously earthquake drill on September 7, 2023, 2:00 o’clock in the afternoon.
And Thursday morning there will be an orientation for students for an earthquake drill in order for
them to know what to do and to avoid stampede. Maam Sharon assigned the gate to where they can
go out. And check the number of students that are present in that day. After that report it to Maam
Elma Patarata ,school registrar. To open the gate beside the canteen the assigned staff is Sir Raymund
and for the main gate sir Allen and Maam Analine and for documentations is Sir Dwight in Junior High
and for Elementary is Maam Gretchen. During the earthquake drill, there’s a signal by pressing the
bell long and when it stops its time to go out and proceed to Plaza. All pictures will be pass to the
Municipal hall.

C. Math and Science Month Celebration

Vis-à-vis SPCC Cleanliness Campaign
Ms. Amanda Therese Amar presented the Activities of the Math and Science Month
Celebration on September 22, 2023, in the afternoon. The activities are: 1. is the Sudoku (for grade 7-
10 only)three players per level,2. Jenga (for grade 7-10) one player per level,3. Snakes and Ladders
(for grade 1-3)one player per level,4. Domino (for grade 4-6)one player per grade level,5. Newton’s
Olympics, which is a mini-olypics game includes the performance of the following:game 1: Back flip:
catch increasingly larger sets of pencils,flipped off the back of your hand.Game 2 Mouth to Mouth:
Player must pull a peso bill from between two bottles balanced mouth to mouth on top of each other,
while leaving the bottles balanced atop of each other.Game 3-Standing egg-balance the egg and keep
it stand for 5 seconds. 6. Sack race which compose of grade 1-3,4-6 and 7-10 and after that puzzle the
word “ I LOVE MOTHER EARTH” then go back.7. Plastic Bottles Collection Driver(read number 7)After
the Science and math celebration the SPCC will continue plastic bottle drive. For the collection of
plastic bottle, they will not bring the plastic bottle to the school,it must be inside the school only. And
it must be empty bottles with cup. More bottles is the winner. After that all bottles will put at the
back of grade 1-3. Maam Lane said that there must be a criteria for the contest . The integration of
English, Araling Panlipunan, CLE, Music, Filipino and Art, must be aligned to the curriculum map or in
the lesson of their performance task.8. Cleanliness Drive (read number 8). For that there will be a
community for Evaluation and five random inspection by an offers assigned. There will be a Science
Booth(read booth experiments until note and remember).
 D. Other Matters

A. Personnel’s Uniform
Maam Lane asked when will be the arrival of embroided uniform ? Maam Evangline Biyo said that
nextweek they will bring the uniform. And also there are some instances that the uniform was
delay because the area of embroiderer were prone to flood and also brownout.

B. School ID
Maam Lea Tamayor said that next week is the delivery of the ID’s and also she added that there
are some students was not able to take their ID picture. Advisers will follow up those students for
their data and picture taking.

C. Weekly Lesson Plan

The weekly lesson plan should pass especially for the month of August. Four weekly lesson plan
for the month of August should pass and for September the first and second weekly lesson plan
should pass also. And Maam Lane shared that some parents have a feedback for teachers, some
teachers are skillful, flexible and knowledgeable and some are just okay. Some teachers is slow for
their requirements. Teachers must manage their time. For periodical exam is on October 1 and 2.
Maam Lane suggested that don’t make multiple choices because students make them lazy. It must
tickled their minds like identification or essay. There will be a Psychological test for Teachers. The
day of the Assessment for Teachers Is not scheduled yet but the preferred day is Wednesday,
estimated 3-4 hours.

The Meeting is adjourn by Ma’am Lane M. Sumagaysay and was seconded by Ma’am Jolina
Penaflorida and around 5:16 pm, Sir Dwight Dwight Braselino led the closing prayer ( The Angelus) to end the
meeting.
