AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, ALLONA DORONIA, of legal age, single, Filipino Citizen, with residence and postal
address at 34 Gen. Evangelista St., Mabolo 1, Bacoor, Cavite, after being sworn with law
hereby depose and state:

That I AM INDEBTED in the total sum of FIVE HUNDRED FOUR THOUSAND (P

504,000) thereon and shall make the payment directly to CHARINNA TE YU, of legal age,
single, Filipino citizen, and with residence and postal address at 1104 Dra. Salamanca St. San
Antonio, Cavite City;

That I PROMISE TO PAY THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF FIVE HUNDRED FOUR

THOUSAND (P 504,000) thereon and shall make the payment directly to CHARINNA TE YU,
without the need of demand within on or before September 15, 2023;

That I am fully aware that in the event that I commit any default on my payment,
CHARINNA TE YU, shall pursue the filling of the necessary legal actions it may cause me.
