distinguished guests, and fellow attendees, a warm welcome to this momentous


occasion as we gather here today to witness the turnover and oath-taking ceremony of
the College of Education. I am Vanessa Jay T. Donato and I am honored to stand
before you as your emcee for this auspicious event.
Today, we come together to commemorate the passing of responsibilities and the
assumption of new roles. It is a time of transition, where we bid farewell to one
chapter and eagerly anticipate the beginning of another. We are here to acknowledge
the achievements of the past and embrace the potential of the future.

To formally begin our program, may I request everyone to please rise for our prayer
and please remain standing for the singing of our National Anthem. // *PAUSE

whether we win or lose, we have applied the best of ourselves to the task at hand.”//

Ladies and Gentlemen, good afternoon, and once again, welcome to the Turnover and
Oath-Taking Ceremony of the College of Education 2023. //

To kick off this event, we are pleased to have with us our outgoing College of
Education Student Council Secretary, Hon. Nicole Faye S. Arriola to deliver her
opening remarks. //

Thank you, Hon. Arriola for that warm welcome. //

Now, please join me in extending a warm and enthusiastic welcome to our dynamic
and esteemed College Dean, Dr. Aldin Paul S. Genovia as he graced with us his
wisdom to guide us on our collective journey of intellectual growth and personal
fulfillment. Let’s give him a round of applause, please. //
Thank you so much, sir, for your heartwarming and inspiring message. //

Ladies and gentlemen, It is now time for us to acknowledge and introduce the newly
elected officers of our esteemed college of education organizations. These individuals
have been chosen to lead and represent their respective societies with dedication,
passion, and a commitment to excellence.

College of Education Student Council. As we bid farewell to a dynamic leader, we
gather here to witness the official turning over of responsibilities and the acceptance
of the challenge by the outgoing COED-SC president.
Now, I invite our outgoing president, Hon. Jude C. Noval, to stand before us and
address the gathering. Let’s give him a round of applause please. //

As we move forward, it is now time to witness the symbolic turning over of


responsibilities. I kindly request the incoming Governor to join us here in front.

welcoming the incoming Governor as they step forward to lead us into a promising

S. Genovia as he will guide us through the induction process and administer the oath
of office to the incoming officers. Let us give him a round of applause, please. //

Thank you, Sir. Congratulations to our newly inducted officers! You have taken on a
great responsibility, and we have every confidence in your ability to lead our
organizations to new heights. //

Now, let us warmly welcome our incoming Governor, Hon. Elmarie Joy Borja, as she
graces with us her acceptance speech. //
