SMM Software

The SMMturbo software is designed to provide monitoring and diagnosing of rotating machinery equipped with TNC2000 systems. It analyzes cyclic data and allows for remote observation of dynamic and static signals from vibration and process monitors. It informs operators and records events if limit values for measured parameters are exceeded. The monitoring system includes a data acquisition unit per machine and a PC with SMMturbo software for the diagnostician, connected via local network. The software monitors machines online, displays data graphs, analyzes historical trends, and prepares reports from the database. It can graphically present online and offline data from machines in various formats.

Software for Machine Monitoring

Application
The SMMturbo software is designed to provide
monitoring and diagnosing of rotating machinery
equiped with TNC2000 system.
This software provides cyclic data analysing
and remote observation of dynamic and static signals
from vibration and process monitors of TNC2000
system (via JAD - Data Acquisition Unit) installed on the
monitored machine. In case of exceeding the limit value
of measured parameters SMMturbo program informs
the operator and records the event.
Complete monitoring and diagnostic system
contains one Data Acquisition Unit per machine and
personal computer for diagnostician with SMMturbo
software connected by the local area network. However • Peakabs – peak absolute (greatest
one PC with SMM software has access to more than instantaneous value) of the signal

and alarm for dynamic and static signals
