✓Choose a fintech or a startup, preferably a publicly listed
company in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
✓ Example: HDIT, PT Bank Jago Tbk. (ARTO), PT Bank Neo
Commerce Tbk. (BBYB), PT Bank Raya Indonesia Tbk.
(AGRO), dan PT Allo Bank Indonesia Tbk. (BBHI), PT
Cashlez Worlwide Indonesia, Tbk, etc.
✓ The selected company should be different for each
group.

Content of the report
Prepare an analysis from the perspective of finance manager:
1. Analyze company’s financial performance using financial ratio, DuPont ratio and
Capital Structure ratio and explain the trend. Use DuPont ratio to assess
company's ROE.
2. Investment decision: You should make a recommendation on which long-term
assets that should be acquired by the company in order to maximize net financial
benefit in the short and long run.
3. Financing decision: You should make a recommendation for the company
regarding funding/financing options of Point 2. Your group to analyse and
calculate the possible best combination of short-term debt, long-term debt,
and/or equity to finance the investment decision of Point 2.
4. Examine the decision-making process for dividend policy: Your group to decide
on how to reward the shareholders on their investment. Would it be feasible for
the company to pay out dividends in the future? If so, when and by how much?

5. Prepare a conclusion and recommendation for the fintech (company) to
enhance the current situation. What are your group’s analysis and
recommendations for the investment, financing, and dividend policy strategies?

• Written in a good academic English
• Times New Roman font 12, 1.5 space
• APA referencing
• The due date for the written report is the week of Session 13 (students to
check the date on Binus Maya/LMS)

Presentation
• The allotted presentation time is 15 minutes/group
• All members should be present during the presentation. Member
who cannot present, should record his/her part in a video, which
will be inserted in the group presentation.
• The order of the presentation will be decided further.
• Group presentation will be conducted in Session 13
